Home Building Fund branding
In 2016, HCA launched a £3 billion Home Building Fund with the aim of providing financial support for new housing projects across England. The fund’s brand needed to be clear and accessible to raise its profile with house building companies.
In response, we created a distinctive and modern brand which was used across a range of materials to assist with the initial launch and subsequent marketing activity, including flyers, a prospectus, business cards and online assets.
